One of the best ways to stay focused and lose those unwanted pounds is to keep a food journal of everything you eat. About 6 weeks ago I decided I was too heavy so I decided I needed to be lighter. My wife suggested (told me) to use the app myfitnesspal to track my foods. I was diligent in recording everything that went into my mouth and the result was a 20 lb weight loss in only 4 weeks. I have not been quite so strict over the last couple of weeks, but I have continued to maintain my weight just knowing that I will have to log my food into my app each day. I tried several other apps, but this is my favorite. So go ahead and give it a try.
